My boss, Kyle Larson, is one of the most effective managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with and learning from.

One of the best parts of Kyle’s leadership style is that she gives enough information about what needs to be done so that I can confidently work on a project until the next time we check in, but she never tries to micromanage. This confluence of being clear with expectations while trusting me with the details allows me to produce thorough and creative work that goes above and beyond her expectations.

Another great part about Kyle’s management method is that she knows the work we are doing so deeply that she gives us fair and appropriate time estimates for projects. This has helped me plan well.

Kyle has role-model leadership skills that I hope to emulate in my future career.
