Okay here is the scoop. I must have my final deck done by the end of next week to presentation to some Marketers looking to help me improve my deck skills. They are absolutely horrible right now. I am not done analyzing the female pipeline in my labor map because it is taking me longer than usual to see where I want to work from. I thought I had it but I don’t.
My manager recently admitted to being a introvert which is showing me that it’s not me she doesn’t not like it’s just her personality~ we are getting along great now! This new found trust and dialogue makes me happy. She is someone I can trust to discuss AB’s culture with without judgment.
Next on the clock is more data, more time spent prepping the newsletter to be coded and more attention to the surveys race breakdown. This must be authentic for employees to be able to self identify!
