Presenting in front of the e-board and board members was incredibly nerve-wracking especially since I had to video call in. As part of the presentation, we had to discuss how we thought we added value to the bank — this was somewhat difficult because I hadn’t seen my finalized projects. Instead, I just projected what the resources I created would be used for in order to create a sample value proposition. During the presentation, I was able to network again with Mr. Jones and discuss what the bank could improve on. One of my reservations about ONB was that their intern program isn’t a pipeline program, but it was great to see that the talent interns had been working with the ONB team to create entry-level positions. This was great to hear because I would be interested in working for them again in the future.
